i cannot access free trial

When i try to access free trial it forwards me to sign up or login screen. i log in with my existing account and click on activate button that comes to my mail. then i login to program using this mail. but it doesn’t take me to 15 day free trial. it forwards me to try to start free trial again and i retry all of this process again and again perpetually. help me activate 15 day free trial please
