Extraction of absolute temperatures/relative temperatures from thermal images

I am working on a project i need to extract absolute temperature/relative temperatures from my thermal images which i took using FLIR Vue Pro R camera.I have run them through PIX4D and the output values are being given out as original pixel value and want them in degrees Celsius.
