Which is more accurate for indexes? It seems they change the maps ALOT depending on which you choose.
Is the area given in Equal spacing correspond with what’s going on in the field reflectance wise? For instance reflectance X to Y is yellow with 2.0 Hectares of area, is that actually true, and does it sync up with the equal area position info?

Those parameters are just to define the representation of the index map.The values should not change.
Indeed, when you go from one representation to another, the min/max of the classes change too.
