Pix4Dmapper can export a Digital Surface Model (DSM) that includes the elevation of the surface points.
If by elevation you refer to a profile/section, unfortunately, Pix4Dmapper does not generate such an output. For more information, see this post: Generating elevation profiles
However, Pix4Dcloud, our online processing platform, does generate profiles. For more information: How to generate an Elevation profile on Pix4Dcloud
