i install Pix4d apps and Ctrl+DJI to my Obsidian Edition Phantom 4 pro plus but cannot detect drone but when i using DJI GO the drone is easy to detect. Any help or suggestion? please thanks in advance.

We do not officially support DJI Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian and we also did not test it. This is why we are not able to provide additional information on this topic.
