Different Elevations from Step 1 with GCPs

I’m having some problems with a new project. What I am getting are two different elevations of photos in step 1. I have registered GCPs and I still get these results.

For background, I have a Mavic 2 Pro, latest firmware and most updated apps. I use the Maps Made Easy app. This was going to be a 2 battery mission, all flying at the same height. Flew this same combination on Wednesday, results turned out great. Thursday, with this project, not so well.

I suspect the error occurred during the battery swap. I accidentally clicked the battery changed, before I had changed the battery. The drone flew normally otherwise.

Based on where the misregistration is occurring is between two groups of photos, I’m leaning towards the battery swap as being the problem.

Any ideas?

Try setting your image vertical coordinate system to ellipsoid heights in the image properties editor.

Did this solution work for you? I did a flight on Friday which presents with an identical issue. Vertical shift of camera position after a battery swap on a Mavic 2 Pro.
