Contours extremely far off Point Cloud

I used Pix4D to create contours (settings in below picture). The results are a bit strange. The survey points and point cloud produced match nicely. The contours are up to 9 feet off in some cases. This doesn’t happen all the time just in some projects.

 

Any ideas?

Hello Jay,

The contour lines are computed based on the DTM. Does the DTM contain all of the points in the image?

In order to generate the DTM, have you done the classification manually?

Would it be possible to share the DTM and contour lines?
