My viDoc shows system’s units in inches and ft. There is no option in settings to switch between metric and imperial.

Welcome to the community, and thank you for this feature request.
I understand that you would like the ability to change the unit of measurement within the app.
Our current solution sets the unit of measurement based on the regional setting within the device. With this requested feature, a user would be able to make this selection without having to change regional settings on the phone.
This is an excellent idea and would align PIX4Dcatch / viDoc RTK rover with industry standards.
