Please note that we don’t officially support the Phantom 4 Pro+ with Pix4Dcapture but some users tried to make it work quite nicely using our app and shared it on this community thread.
In the first place, we recommend the following procedures in case of unexpected behavior:
- Make sure to run the latest versions of the drone Firmware, DJI Go 4, Pix4Dcapture.
- Go through the basic checks and troubleshooting
