Please see the picture. The front section is badly misaligned, even with Ground control and manual tie points it is not correcting the error (all the photos are taken at the same height).
How can I get the incorrect photos to project correctly?

Do your images have geotags?
Did you mark the manual tie points on images of both sections (the ones that do not align)?
