The field is flat. DSM should be pretty uniform, but there is this gradient going across the width of the field making it look like there is a slope. I did it twice, slightly tweaking settings, with similar results both times. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I have attached the quality report.

@kajtek.zreda, I see few issue on the project that might have caused the issue. First on is the distribution of the GCPs, I would suggest to have more GCPs. I can see that you have only four GCPs at the corner of the fields. I would suggest three on each side and two in the middles of the fields if possible. The second is the marking of the GCPs, when marking GCPs select the images in which the GCPs marker is clearly visible, no shadow. When marking, zoom the images to maximum extend and then mark the center of the GCPs marker.
