I want to gather ndvi data for a 300 ha farm, so i have to fly it in multiple blocks but I want to export one whole farm layer into QGIS, am I able to do this in pix4d?
You should be able to process all the blocks in one run together in Pix4dfields (Try fast pipeline)
If that doenst work you can mosaic the individual orthos together in QGIS via the mosaic tools.
