Pix 4d runs all night and links pictures, It allows me to click the area that I want to calculate, it gives me an active compute button but it will not compute anything.

Could you please describe your issue more precisely?
What do you want to calculate? A volume?
Could you please attach screenshots, the quality report and/or the *.log file?
