Thank you for your feedback and your interest in Pix4D, we appreciate it.
A thread has been opened with a similar topic and I would suggest you follow it as we will communicate on this main thread any updates about the ability to import a .kmz/.kml file on the iOS version of Pix4Dcapture. The last comment from us is from the 12.11.2018 and status has not changed since then.
In the meantime, I would suggest the following workaround:
- Set a custom map provider like Google Maps. This community post and this comment describe how to proceed.
- Use the Android version of Pix4Dcapture where importing a .kml/.kmz file is possible. Procedure here.
