Are you guys experiencing the same issue? you just cant get a hold on the sales team to discuss upgrades? I have tried calling them by phone and filling in the suggested form multiple times.

two days I have been trying to reach ANYONE… I used the tech support contact form and got an email back from [name removed] | Channel Development Executive, North America - they sent me a link to the same contact form that I used (which presumably got routed to them somehow…)
