How do i make comparable models

How do i make comparable models from different times in pix4dmatic? such as you can do in pix4dcloud. I wish to make it in pix4dmatic and upload to cloud. but cant find anywhere i can make comparable models.

This is not possible to do in PIX4Dmatic. What do you want to do/compare on PIX4Dmatic?

I want to produce data from the same site twice or more within a time period. Proccess the data in pix4dmatic and upload to cloud. So that all the models are within a timeline in pix4dcloud.

But how do i upload it this way?

Hi @aleksander

First, create a project site on PIX4Dcloud. Then, upload the different projects from PIX4Dmatic to PIX4Dcloud on this site. You can then compare the two projects using Compare mode in PIX4Dcloud.

Hi @aleksander,

On PIX4Dcloud, create a new and empty site.

In PIX4Dmatic, for each project, upload the output(s) you need to that site, thanks to the destination selector. You should easily be able to find the site by name, and you’ll notice the following icon which identifies it as a site:

I thought you would be able to upload a timeline with the help of PIX4D Matic liscence, but you actually have to also purchase PIX4D Cloud for this feature to be available it looks like… ?

Or is this comparable models feature available if you change from Matic Standard to Matic Pro?

@aleksander I confirm that:

  • Uploading results to a project is included in a PIX4Dmatic plan (any).
  • Uploading to a site requires a PIX4Dcloud Advanced license, along with adding DXF/IFC/BIM files and using the comparison mode on PIX4Dcloud.

You can have a look at what PIX4Dcloud licenses include at PIX4Dcloud pricing page. Is the ability to create sites and access to the timeline the only features you would need? Or are there other features you would use?
