End of Support and development of PIX4Dcapture Pro and Mission Planner.

Hello PIX4Dcapture Pro Community,

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to no longer support PIX4Dcapture Pro, including Mission Planner.

This decision was not made lightly. It is part of our ongoing commitment to streamline our offerings and focus our development efforts on solutions that provide the most comprehensive and integrated value to our users. We believe that by concentrating our resources, we can deliver even more robust and innovative tools in the future.

We understand that PIX4Dcapture Pro has been a valuable tool for many of you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause.

What this means for you:

  • End of Support: PIX4Dcapture Pro will no longer be supported or updated after the 31st of July.
  • Access to the App: The app is no longer available on App Store or Play Store . You will be able to continue using the application until the 31st of July, but no new features or bug fixes will be released. After this date, the basemap will be removed, so we recommend not using the application anymore for safety reasons.
  • Alternative Solutions: Pix4D’s software is image acquisition app agnostic. That means PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dmapper, PIX4Dcloud, PIX4Dreact, and PIX4Dfields can process images taken from any application as long as they are of good quality and overlap. For more information visit, Which image acquisition app can I use with Pix4D's software?

Your continued trust and partnership are important to us. We remain dedicated to empowering you with the best photogrammetry and drone mapping solutions.

Thank you for your understanding.

The Pix4D Team

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding an authentication issue with the Pix4Dcapture application. We currently maintain an active workflow with a DJI Mavic Pro and require the app for our operations.

Recently, I attempted to install and log into Pix4Dcapture on a new smartphone. However, the application consistently rejects my credentials, displaying an error message stating that the email or password is incorrect.

I have verified my login credentials multiple times on the web platform, and they are correct and active. Despite this, the mobile application refuses to grant access.

Could you please assist me in resolving this login failure or verify if there are any known compatibility or authentication issues with the legacy app on newer operating systems?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Sincerely,
Marc
