After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to no longer support PIX4Dcapture Pro, including Mission Planner.
This decision was not made lightly. It is part of our ongoing commitment to streamline our offerings and focus our development efforts on solutions that provide the most comprehensive and integrated value to our users. We believe that by concentrating our resources, we can deliver even more robust and innovative tools in the future.
We understand that PIX4Dcapture Pro has been a valuable tool for many of you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause.
What this means for you:
- End of Support: PIX4Dcapture Pro will no longer be supported or updated after the 31st of July.
- Access to the App: The app is no longer available on App Store or Play Store . You will be able to continue using the application until the 31st of July, but no new features or bug fixes will be released. After this date, the basemap will be removed, so we recommend not using the application anymore for safety reasons.
- Alternative Solutions: We are actively working on providing you with alternative solutions, which will be communicated to you as soon as possible. We are committed to helping you transition smoothly and to finding the best alternative that fits your workflow.
We will be providing further details and resources to assist you with this transition in the coming weeks, including FAQs and guidance on migrating your workflows to alternative solutions.
