I would like to know if performing densification at 1/4 image scale would reduce the precision. Does this increase the GSD, and if so, by how much? Please note that the calibration was performed at 1/2 image scale.

The exact increase in GSD depends on several factors, including the original GSD of the input images and the specific algorithms applied. Generally, reducing the image scale from 1/2 to 1/4 roughly doubles the GSD, but this is only an approximation and can vary.
