I want to build cross section after processing, but I cant find the tools on Pix4DMapper. I want to make lay out of that. Can you help me?

There is no such tool in Pix4Dmapper as it is made for processing and generating the outputs.
However this feature is available on Pix4D Cloud.

You can use Pix4D outputs in a GIS such as QGIS or ArcMap.

Hi Christovel,
If you trial license is still valid you should be able to create project in the Cloud.
As precisely described in the article, if you open one of your processed project, you will be able to see the cross section tool:
Click on it, draw your section and click on generate:

At the moment you can only export the image from your map and the cross section with this tool:
However you can export the *.csv file of the cross section and then plot it in a spreadsheet.
Otherwise you can also take a print screen like this and print it:
