It would be nice to be able to switch the units for volume calculations and reports from meters to feet. I prefer to keep my project in metric until it’s imported into Civil 3D and converted to US Survey Feet there. But sometimes I need to create stock pile volumes from Pix4D Survey.

This not possible for now, but I will pass your feedback to the product team. For now, the metrics of the outputs depends on the selected coordinate system. It means that if you would to change from meters to feet, you need to change the coordante system to one that is supported in that metric, as you can see in the following screenshot:
