Are you that you selected the right model? I had the same issue with a phantom: flight ok, photo position on the map, drone landed but the Sd card was empty. The app at certain point resseted the model (I don’t know if it was a my fault or an app issue).
Under mission manager you should able to see which model is selected.
I suggest to check very carefully all parameters before starting the mission.
