Another Drone does NOT connect with Pix4D Product

Hi to all from Pix4D support,

Today, I have bought a brand new Phantom 4 Pro + v2.0. After all day of struggleing it still DOES NOT connect to your application (I’ve tried newest and previous versions - no result).
Can someone tell me what is happening and are you going to improve your apps or not - that is the second drone that I have issues with…

I am really dissapointed and frustrated!!!
