Using the trial version, in both local and cloud processing the dsm only shows the mask. Is this a problem, or is it because I’m using a demo version?

Could you please share a screenshot with us to better understand the case? I am not sure I understand what the mask is :-)

This happens because the DSM cannot be opened by any software. Here you can find more information about this topic:

[How to visualize the GeoTIFF DSM File](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/205084685-How-to-visualize-the-GeoTIFF-DSM-File#gsc.tab=0)

Here is a related community post: [DSM output all white](https://community.pix4d.com/t/5427-DSM-output-all-white#gsc.tab=0)

The solution is to open it in Pix4Dmapper ([Using the Mosaic Editor](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202557699#gsc.tab=0)) or a GIS software such as Global Mapper, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc

Thanks for that. I assumed because it was a .TIF file that Photoshop would be ok to open it. Problem solved! 🙂

I am glad the problem is solved :-). It is a Tiff file that contains altitudes. Some software cannot interprete the altitude information!
