# WARNING: image is not calibrated

Dear all,  
The main error that appears in the PIX4D “[Warning]: Load ortho: skip image \<DJI\_20220628172125\_0093\_T.JPG\>: image is not calibrated” It seems that it is not able to calibrate the images… we have tried to change optimization of the internal parameters to “All prior” and use the “Verified Geometric Matching” but it doesn’t change much.  
The camera that i used is the H20T  
I have tried to process flights with different overlaps (70/20, 75/50, 80/80) but in none of the cases is it able to correctly generate the orthophoto (thermal)

This particular project is thermal, and thermal can be very difficult to process well due to the low resolution of the images. I suggest using the Thermal processing template first. If there are still problems, please post the updated quality report.
