Good afternoon ! Video is not transmitted during the flight, if not then whether to continue working this function? For safety reasons, it is a very useful feature, so that you can manually control whether the situation in the sky. This is especially important in a free-flight mission.
are you using iOS or Android version of Capture? and with which drone?
use Android version of Capture and Phantom 3 Prof
I could not reproduce the issue with the latest Android version available on the store (3.0.1) and a DJI Phantom 3 Professional. Please note that when using Capture app is recommended to make sure that:
- The manufacturer’s app (DJI GO) is not running in the background especially after connecting the device to the drone. Also check that this app is not selected as the default app when connecting.
- The appropriate drone (Phantom 3 Pro) is selected, please see: Settings of the app: Home screen > Settings > Drone type > …
- The latest firmware is installed on the drone. Please check it with the manufacturer’s app.
- The latest OS version is installed on the mobile device
