Vertical offset from Initial Tie Points to GCPs

I ran a mission using my M3E with RTK. Following initial calibration, everything looks great however when I bring in the GCPs which were obtained using a Trimble R12, they’re great in X/Y but off by about 1.5m in vertical. What might cause this?

Did you use ‘Accurate Geolocation and Orientation’ calibration method? Could you share the quality report?
