I observe an error while uploading scalable meshes form Matic to CloudAdvanced. It’s not working at all. Tried several projects already. Here’s an error description in the image. Hi @maal I just tried and uploaded a scalable mesh from matic to cloud and didn’t manage to reproduce the issue. Can you please share the log file of your project? This will tell us more about the version you’re using and more information on the project itself. Thanks! ---

Meshfile size is too big to upload here. 17 mb. how can i share it? I tried different projects and always get the same error, while uploading a mesh (scalable). standard mesh works fine ---

Hi @maal Could you tell me which version of Matic you use? We recently fixed a bug wrt to uploading the scalable mesh to the cloud as part of the 1.76 release. If this still doesnt’ solve you issue, please feel free to report back or reach out to our customer service, Thanks ---

Tried it several times, last one was with 1.72. Right now I upload a scalable mesh from 1.76, let’s see. No logfile needed anymore? Where to send it? Don’t want to open a ticket… ---

Ok guys, right now I managed an upload of a scalable mesh from Matic to Cloud. Matic v1.76. So far solved… Thanks for the quick help!! ---
