I’m trying pix4dcatch for the first time. I’ve got a project created on my Android phone. I’m trying to get it to mapper on my desktop. I’ve tried exporting the file to my phone, then transferring it to the desktop. Then I tried sending it to my Google Drive then moving to my desktop. In both cases it says the zipfile is invalid. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Hello John,

Could you please create a support ticket to examine the zipfile?

This looks so strange,

Kind regards
