Today my drone was not following the mission plan. It was going outside the plan.

To be able to help you in an efficient way, is it possible for you to answer the following questions:

  • Are you using the iOS or Android version of Pix4Dcapture?
  • Are you updated with latest drone firmware and application versions?
  • What is your configuration? (drone, camera, mobile device)?
  • At which stage of the mission the drone stopped following the mission plan?
  • Have you ever experienced this issue? Is it reproducible?

You may have experienced a one-time issue. In all the cases when unexpected behavior occurs we suggest:

  • Being aware of how to interrupt a mission and interrupt the mission if necessary.
