# the process time

good morning I have a concern I am new to the software and I am handling the basics but I have a question how long it takes to process some images because I have 12 hours and continue in step 1 (2/12). and I get this message a lot&nbsp;

[Error]: [BundleGeneric][minimize] no projections errors ! aborting.

&nbsp;

I would like to know if it could be processed or not to cancel the process

Hi Juan,

&nbsp;

Most frequently this is due to image quality. As this would be hard to tell only from this message could you post here the following:

▸ The quality report (.pdf format): …\project\_name\1\_initial\report\project\_name\_report.pdf

▸ The project log file (text file): …\project\_name\project\_name.log

▸ The project file (.p4d): …\project\_name.p4d

▸ If possible some images so I could take a look at the quality.
