# Stuck generating tiles in step 2

I have a project that stalls on generating tiles after generating clusters. It gets to 100% and just sits there. I have let it go quite a while and it&nbsp;doesn’t&nbsp;go to the next step.

I have force quit and reopened the project and there is a point cloud and step 2 is green. I can save the project before I load the point cloud, but after I load it, it won’t save.

Any ideas?

How many photos you are&nbsp;trying to process&nbsp;and what is your RAM memory?

In addition, We would need to analyze the log file to know what is going on.
