# Questions about failed step

While working on step 2. point cloud and mesh, I received the following errors in the log (see below). I have been struggling to find out what these errors mean and was hoping someone on here might be able to give me some answers. Thank You!

To have a better understanding of&nbsp;what is going on with the project I would like to ask you for additional data.&nbsp;Could you please send us the following?

▸ The quality report (.pdf format): …\project\_name\1\_initial\report\project\_name\_report.pdf  
▸ The project log file (text file): …\project\_name\project\_name.log
