# Quality report is greyed out wont print

I have produced a quality report but when i try print it is greyed out, how can i print this quality report.  
It also never saved as a pdf file it saved the report in a xml format.

How can I sort this problem out.

Thank you for the additional information.

It is weird the report is not exported in pdf format. Does this happen with all projects or just 1 project?  
To further investigate, please send us the log file of your project:  
▸ The project log file (text file): …\project\_name\project\_name.log

Please also make sure you have the minimum hardware requirements:

I have the same problem. The PDF button is greyed out and could not print the quality report. Pix4dmapper ver 4.6.4 running in Windows 10 Pro. Please advise solution

Would you please try to open the index.html file with your browser and then use the “print to PDF” function to see if it works?
