Bonjour,

Merci d’avance.

I also would like to know how to do a 3D model. Also, want to know if there is a feature that tells the cut and fill volumes in the survey.

Hi @axyelis and @rayavarapunani,

thank you for your messages.
Could you please provide more information on what you are trying to do?
You can find of the PIX4Dsurvey outputs and filetypes here:

> **[Outputs - PIX4Dsurvey](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034534111-Outputs-PIX4Dsurvey)**
>
> Outputs of PIX4Dsurvey
> PIX4Dsurvey can generate the following outputs which can be exported for use with third-party software:
>
>
>
> Output
> Extension
> Description
>
>
> Point clouds
> .las, .laz
> Point clouds...

Regarding the volume, if you are using the volume tool you can read cut and fill:

> **[Volume measurement - PIX4Dsurvey](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405473285777-Volume-measurement-PIX4Dsurvey)**
>
> PIX4Dsurvey's volume measurement tool measures the volume between a base surface (defined by a volume polygon) and the local TIN. As a default, this method connects all the vertices and triangulate...

You can also use an existing polygon, right click and move it to the volume layers.

Hi. I was actually thinking of using cut fill analysis to monitor the work site. Some =thing similar to the video i am sharing here. [Construction Site Earthworks Monitoring [DIRT] - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_R4xs7jJHI)

Is there any way Pix4D can do the same?

Hi, thank you for the video.
If I understand correctly, you want to perform volume calculations between two different surveys.
Does this feature request meet your request?

> [@Volume calculation between 2 diferent point clouds](https://community.pix4d.com/t/volume-calculation-between-2-diferent-point-clouds/23697):
>
> Hi. If we can import diferent point clouds (las files) to Survey, and individualy calculate volumes in each point cloud, can’t you make an option for calculation directly the diference between the 2 volumes, and put it in a report?

Feel free to add your request in that thread and add a comment 😉
