# Pix4d stopped working processing images

Hello everyone to the community of the pix4d

I recently installed pix4d in the trial version to process some images that I took with my drone,  
After 7 hours of processing pix4d, he sent a message that stopped working, I installed the latest version of net framework and visual studio

What other solution can there be to process the images?

Hi @danielvgaviria,

From your screenshot, I have the feeling that the software crashed during Poisson Surface Reconstruction.  
I recommend you to have a look on this topic:
