# pix4d mapper not opening after installing..

→ I have used both versions (4.8.2 & 4.7.5) of pix4d mapper for installation in windows 11…but  
after installation it is not opening & showing this background as given in the following  
image…plz resolve this problem from your end…

→ are pix4d mapper 4.8.2 & pix4d mapper 4.7.5 compatible with windows 8.1…or which pix4d mapper version is compatible with windows 8.1…

Hi,

There is no image attached, PIX4Dmapper supports Win. 10 or above.  
If you are in Win. 11, you may need to try disabling One Drive
