Hi there,

I am in trouble with this software, kept crashing in the middle of calibration, unfortunately I am trying to fix this issue in the last thee days in my license but these crashes wasted my license time. I used to work fine with the older version 1.54 but 3 days ago updated to its last version and things got worse from there. I tried everything I can focusing on graphic card, checking memory & storage but no solution. When I completely uninstall the software and reinstall version 1.54.3, roll back Nvidia driver to old version things improved in passing calibration stage but still crash during point cloud creation. I have many logs but I am attaching the last one. Can you help please. Pix4D should return my last 3 days as it was fighting with its crashes. I am seriously looking for alternative software.

Trying to upload the log it says “too big”!

Very annoying software.

Hello Mohsen,

Please note that I replied to your support request about this issue and we are currently looking at it.
I have also extended your PIX4Dmatic license to compensate for the lost days that PIX4Dmatic was not working for you.

Thank you for being patient with us. I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Best regards,
Anastasis

Hi Anastasis,

Thank you for your response & extension of my license. Sorry for being a bit late to reply as I was traveling.

After the problem I encountered with the latest updated version, I did the following:

- complete clean uninstall & reinstall old version 1.54.3 because I did one successful projects last month
- I rollback my nvidia card RTX3070 to its previous driver and Intel UHD Graphics 770 (not sure of intel has any cause)

Things worked! Same dataset.

Today, I did a clean uninstall of the Pix4dmatic (1.54.3) and installed the latest version again, I uploaded the same dataset but it fails during calibration (log is attached). [Here](https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/acq6hnr0xmowpdpezt2ux/AICHSBabFs9VAmqdJ0r0erQ?rlkey=k8s3ddk768lpqdq8xsqdj1e8e&st=l8ikztv1&dl=0)is the shared folder.

I tried to test another dataset but now the upload is hanging at 1% (about 5 min now, not responding is showing), (please see screenshot)…so it took too much time to upload, adding second folder (658 images)…very slow upload process, adding another (179 images) took around 2 minute.

Running the calibration for this new dataset, crashed again! Log is attached for the second dataset.

I really hope to continue using your software so please share why it is crashing.

Regards,
