Hello,
The Phantom 4 RTK should be tagging all of the images with the geolocation and orientation. However, if even one image does not have the correct tags then you cannot use the Accurate Geolocation and Orientation method. I suggest opening the Image Properties Editor. Then scroll through all of the images. If there is an image that is missing the correct data then you might want to consider removing it.

If you open the Image Properties Editor you can scroll through all of your images. You might find that one does not have all of the correct information written to the image.

I looked at your initial quality report and it looks good. Interestingly, you processed this with Accurate Geolocation and Orientation. Can you try processing this dataset again? After processing, do you get this same error?

Dear Mike!

I’ve got the same error after processing twice. I guess that this is due to a third-party software that we use to geotag exif files and add geoid model (Settopdrone). However everything seems ok. But we cannot change the options after running step 1 in Pix4D unless accurate geolocation option is off. Don’t know what to do…

Unfortunately, I do not know what your third-party software is doing. You might need to reach out to their developers for clarification.
