I have been collecting reflectance data weekly from a trial field using a borrowed Sentera calibration panel. Using this panel, all previous uploads of the multispectral data were recognized and used when processing the orthomosaics in Pix4D. I recently purchased my own Sentera panel (model #21226-00). Doing the same process as I did before, now Pix4D Fields will no longer recognize the calibration images when processing the multispectral data. I have the most up to date revision of Pix4D installed.
