Hi, did lost 10 hours of work today …Was processing step 2, when ocorred crash in the windows…The Pix4d do not resume the job :-(…

I am sorry to hear this. Please contact support and provide the following files that will help the investigation.

- The quality report (.pdf format): …\project\_name\1\_initial\report\project\_name\_report.pdf.
- The project log file (text file): …\project\_name\project\_name.log.
- The project file (.p4d): …\project\_name.p4d.
- One or several screenshots of the 3D rayCloud view.

I just had the same issue. Processed steps 1 & 2 yesterday, was working on editing the point cloud today when the software crashed. Now it seems that both steps have lost all processing information with no ray/point cloud or 3D mesh… a weee bit infuriating.&nbsp;

Mike,

How many images were you processing and what are the specs for the computer you are using (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.)? This will determine how well is your project’s process.
