# I can not upload images even I have pix4dcloud account

I have account of pix4dcloud but I can upload images.  
A few days ago, I could that.

Someone tell me why please.

Hello @shinji.nagamatsu,

Sorry to hear about that. It looks like there is some issue from our side and we will fix it in the next release. However, for now, can you try to see if you can export those images and process them using the desktop version of Pix4Dmapper. Hi @alex.chin,

The issue is resolved. However, at this time, if you have a Pix4dmapper license, you will only be able to export the project from the Pix4Dcatch app. For more information, visit [How to export Pix4Dcatch projects](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044095312-How-to-export-Pix4Dcatch-projects).
