Hi Mohan,

I am not sure to understand correctly your question, would you like to mark a GCP that has been placed at 0.5 to 1m height above the rest of the scene on your images?

If so, please note that you can perfectly do such a thing. To mark GCPs on your images please follow the instructions detailed in this [article](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202560039-How-to-add-import-GCPs-in-the-GCP-MTP-Manager).

You can also take note of the limitations of Pix4D processing images from a scene with height variation in this [article](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/204656209-Image-Acquisition-Plan-for-Terrain-with-Height-Variations#gsc.tab=0).

I hope this helps,
