Flight pattern resets after battery change

I’ve had several multi-battery flights now where after the new battery is placed in the drone, the flight pattern resets back to the beginning. Is anyone else having a similar issue? The only work around I’ve found is to make a new flight pattern that picks up everything I haven’t gotten yet.
