Failed to upload groundstation task to drone

Today I update to DJI beta firmware and try to use pix4d capture app for first time with p3p

When press take off
The error message pop ups
‘Failed to upload groundstation task to drone’
And never makes to fly.
And I realize there are no SD card icon too.

But P3p works fine with DJI go and can take picture too. On same condition.

In following condition
P3p beta firmware 1.04,
pix4d capture 2.02
Galaxy note 4 lollipop

What is wrong with my p3p.?

Hi Giljae,
The firmware 1.4.1 is only compatible with the latest DJI SDK 2.3 which are not yet supported by the version 2.0.2 of our app. The firmware 1.4.1 and the SDK 2.3 will be supported in the next beta, version 2.0.3.

Our developers are working on that and as mentioned in the following link they are meeting with DJI this week to also help fixing some bugs in the SDK:
https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/hc/communities/public/questions/204542545–Android-Beta-Phantom-3-Professional-Advanced-and-Inspire-1?page=5

Unfortunately if you have firmware 1.4.1 installed you have to wait for the version 2.0.3 to use our application.

In the meanwhile, to capture images you can use the DJI GO application. The DJI application is not using the SDK so it should work with the firmware 1.4.1.

Regards,

When is come the 2.0.3 version , because the pix4d capture said “Failed to upload groundstation task to done”,

Hi Issrael,
We are currently working on the version 2.0.3. It will follow soon however it is very difficult to estimate when it will be available.
We will post updates on the following forum post:
