# Failed to create tile reader

Hello,  
I am getting an error when using either the guided tour or a new project I tried to create. I get an error when I get passed stage 2 of processing.

“[Warning]: Warning w9020: GDAL Error \<4\> `//montgomery.county.local/sheriff/Homes/samuel.harrison/Documents/pix4d/201 Hilbig/3\_dsm\_ortho/1\_dsm/tiles/201 Hilbig\_dsm\_1\_1.tif’ not recognized as a supported file format.  
[Error]: Merge tiles: failed to create tile reader!  
[Error]: Merge DSM tiles failed!”
