# Failed Calibration M3M

Hello,  
I’ve been trying to process an M3M multispectral flight but I noticed that:  
(1) the reflectance values are very low, especially in the Green and NIR bands  
(2) and although calibration panels were automatically detected, the reflectance factor is the same across all 4 bands.

This is in Pix4Dmapper.  
Any idea what might be the cause of this issue? any kind of help is appreciated!
