Hi Mitchell,  
the first one, could be a RAM issue: [Processing failed due to not enough RAM - #2 by nikoleta.guetcheva](https://community.pix4d.com/t/processing-failed-due-to-not-enough-ram/3010/2).  
About the second one: are you working in a LAN environment, or do you have your photos on the PC hard disk?
