Have just got a second hand phantom professional and have not been able to connect the controller to it. Should i try a firmware hard reset?
Hi Tom, the best bet whenever you experience connection issues is to consults Pix4D’s troubleshooting guide for Pix4Dcapture. Resetting your drone and controllers firmware is rarely necessary, but shouldn’t hurt your chances of a successful connection.
