What causes this? I processed this file the other day and I did not have this problem. Unfortunately I accidentally did an overwrite on the old file so I dont have the data to refer back to…

Hi @msmith

It’s good to see you back! 🙂

May I ask if the images were all taken at the same flight height?
I also notice the **keypoints image scale** was set at 1/8.
I would suggest **1/2 keypoints** image scale. However, it could be time-consuming as the dataset is quite large. If you would like to see if it works better with 1/2 keypoints image scale, feel free to try it first by halving the dataset or try with just a quarter of the dataset.

This article also provides information about the uncalibrated camera: [Initial Processing: Low number of calibrated images](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202560159-How-to-improve-the-outputs-of-dense-vegetation-areas-using-PIX4Dmapper##label1)

The last thing I noticed is that based on the flight path it seems like a free flight mission. If this is the case, you may also try setting the **Advanced: Matching Image Pairs** to _ **Free flight or terrestrial.** _ For more information on the free flight/terrestrial: [Menu Process \> Processing Options… \> 1. Initial Processing \> Matching](https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/205433155-Menu-Process-Processing-Options-1-Initial-Processing-Matching?source=search)

Sincerely,
Rosana (she/her)
