# Compass Error when starting Pix4DCatch - iPhone 12 Ppro

Any idea of what that means?

I got this message when I start the App. My compass is well set up.

Hello,

We’ve seen this error occasionally, but unfortunately don’t quite know what causes it as it’s from the device. It usually corrects itself, but you can try making sure to quit the app and trying again. If the problem persists, try restarting the device.
